The Just Eat Refer a Friend programme

Within the UK courier Referral Program, active couriers (Referrers) have the opportunity to receive a Bonus Payment if they successfully refer future couriers (Referral) via a special URL that meets certain conditions.

The Referrer (“you”) must be a worker of Randstad and on assignment to Just Eat Takeaway (JET) at the time of application. Both Referrer (“you”) and Referral must remain with Randstad on assignment to JET until the eventual payment date.

The bonus payment amounts to a cash payment of £150.00 gross to Referer (you) only.

From the 1st of January 2023 until the 28th of February 2023, this bonus payment is temporarily increased to £ 300 gross, provided the referral is hired before including the 28th of February 2023. This temporary increase will only be active in Birmingham, Brighton, Cambridge and Liverpool. On the 1st of March 2023, the bonus payment will automatically revert to the regular amount of £150.00 gross.

The recommended courier (Referral) must be a Randstad courier and complete at least 250 JET ‘delivered orders’ without complaints.

To identify a valid Referral application, the application must be made via the URL provided by JET to the Referrer. This will be communicated electronically via email. A subsequent acceptance of an application without a Referral URL is excluded.

The Bonus will be paid together with the salary payment in the month following the one in which the conditions for the payment of the Bonus have been met.

1. By taking part in this Referral Program, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. No responsibility is accepted for applications that are lost, corrupted or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry into this Referral Program.
3. Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
4. The Referral can be referred only once, so if someone else has referred them and they have used that person’s URL in their application, they will not be able also to use your URL, and You will not be eligible for the Bonus Payment.
5. Randstad and JET reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Bonus Payment where necessary. Furthermore, Randstad and JET reserve the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, this Referral Program.
6. Randstad and JET reserve the right to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. By receiving the Bonus Payment, you agree to release JET and Randstad from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program or with the acceptance or possession of any delivery charges.
8. Randstad or JET may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued participation in this Referral Program after any change will mean that you have agreed to the change.
9. This Referral Program will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By agreeing to terms and conditions, you agree to share your recruitment data with your friend who has referred you.
